ice cream & aging



I'm post migraine today, so just dropping by for a minute.

Here's what my 3 year old said yesterday, about aging:

"If Grandma wants to be more young, she needs to eat more ice cream. I think XX (her dad's father) is so old because he doesn't have enough ice cream."

And I should note, this is from a little girl who really doesn't eat much ice cream - mostly homemade a few times a season.

But I thought it was quite wise.

    How adorable! And I ADORE ice cream, but haven't been able to eat any in the past few years as I think I might be lactose intolerant (come to think of it, I guess that's why I've looked so aged lately.... ) :0)
