holidays, hibernating & doll-making

We've officially entered the holiday break, and the next week or so holds much promise for sweet treats, lots of naps, nesting (May is not really that far off for a spring baby is it?) and some long-awaited doll-making, something that has had to take a back seat in the last months of busy shop orders.

An organic rainbow-haired mermaid doll is almost finished, and I have lots of new organic cuddle dolls in the works. And more mermaids. With gorgeous sea-colored hair.

So to all of you celebrating Christmas, we wish you a very happy, healthy and special time with your families. I'll be taking a break here, and will see you in this space in a few days. Or maybe a few more. Depends how much hibernating... and doll-making comes about. Merry Christmas!

  1. Those looks lovable already :)

I've made two, my first with real organic material, and I loved it so much! I'm really glad I've ordered enough to have some left to make other ones. The nephews are going to get one on the next special occasion!

(I love everything in your shop, btw...)

  2. Thank you so much Andreann, for stopping by the blog! :) I love doll-making too... it's painstaking but worth it in the end when their little personalities emerge :)
