I think it's wonderful they are reaching out to readers and getting to know them a little better, and building them into their features. It feels inclusive, and participatory... and I really like it. I've been thinking about how Etsy, well, all of us as artisans can better highlight people who buy handmade, support handcrafted artisanal work... any ideas?
