HGTV!
When we heard from HGTV that they were spending quite a lot of effort (and air time) this Thanksgiving focussing on handmade gift ideas, we were thrilled. What a great way to promote non-sweatshop-labor produced, artisan quality items made by real people in little homes and studio across the world.
We were even more thrilled when HGTV asked us to be part of their show. Well, to be more specific, they asked that our avocado linen and silk balsam fir sachets be part of their show.
So if you have a TV (which we don't and honestly this is one of those very rare occasions I wish we did!) you might want to tune in to HGTV on 7pm EST on Friday after Thanksgiving (November 26th). Apparently the Handmade Gift Ideas special will be repeated on December 3rd at 2 p.m. EST
In the meantime, you can see all of these beautiful handmade gifts on the HGTV website here: our sachets are the 7th item in. I really enjoyed seeing so many of my own favorites on Etsy in their gift guides... from soap to scarves, upcycled wool bottle holders and marvelous play clay (which we are using in our own home right now! it's wonderful!

Congratulations Jen! How wonderful for you to be part of that great selection! :0)
